5 Days working and 8.5 working hours per day currently and more importantly it will be 4 working days only but with 9.5 or 10 working hours per day in the near future.
Self-marriage, paternal and maternal leaves.
Tie-up with Day Care centres for women employees who are mothers of newborn or small babies and special timing arrangements for them.
Monthly lunch or dinner get together.
Financial support for appearing and passing certification exams.
Bring children and parents to work” days celebration on some festival days.
